How a Pagehus plan works, in a few short sections. If anything is unclear, just ask.

What you get
The same plan, monthly (€49) or yearly (€449, save €139 a year):

- Your own domain, yearly fee included
- Hosting, security and monitoring
- 24/7 AI guest chat
- Small changes anytime
On request, an availability calendar that shows your Airbnb and Booking.com bookings. It updates every few hours and is display only: you confirm every booking yourself.
Pagehus takes no commission on your bookings. Bigger changes and extras are quoted first and only done if you agree.
Price
For founding places, you sign up and add your card through one secure Stripe link: the pay button on pagehus.com, or a link Herman sends you. €0 is charged at signup, and nothing is charged while your site is built. After your first charge, the €49 is taken each month automatically, or the €449 once a year on the yearly plan.
Signing up through the Stripe pay link means you accept these terms. No separate signed agreement is needed.
After the founding spots, the €490 setup and your first month are due on launch day, once you've approved your final site. The setup isn't refundable, because you saw your free demo first.
On the yearly plan there's no setup. After the founding spots, your first year (€449) is due on launch day, once you've approved your final site, and it isn't refundable after launch.
Your first 14 days are free
For founding places.
Your 14 days start on launch day (the day your site goes live on your own domain). Your card is already added at signup, and nothing is charged before day 15 after launch. On day 15, your first month (€49) or your first year (€449) is charged.
Not happy? Send one WhatsApp or email at any time in those 14 days, no reason needed, and you pay nothing.
In return, we ask for your honest feedback after 30 days and permission to show your site on pagehus.com.
You can withdraw that permission at any time with one message.
How long your plan runs
Monthly: the plan has a 6-month minimum: 6 paid months at €49 (€294 in monthly fees; the €490 setup after the founding spots is separate). Founding places count from day 15, everyone else from launch day.
After that, there's no end date: the plan carries on month to month for as long as you want the site, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
How to cancel: send one WhatsApp or email to hello@pagehus.com. That's all.
Leaving a monthly plan early: you can leave inside the 6 months at any time, but the months left in the minimum are still due. Herman may waive them case by case.
Yearly: you pay €449 for 12 months up front, and the plan renews each year until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your renewal date, and the plan ends when your paid year ends. There's no 6-month minimum on top.
Refunds on yearly: a paid year isn't refunded after the free 14 days (founding places) or after launch (everyone else). Herman may decide case by case.
Small changes
A small change is a text, photo, price or opening-hours update of about 30 minutes or less. Small changes are included whenever you need them, and done within 2 working days of us knowing exactly what you want. Send them by WhatsApp or email.
Bigger changes, like a new page or another language, are quoted first.
Your domain is yours
If we register your domain, it's in your name and its yearly cost is included. If you already have one, it stays yours.
If you leave, we transfer it to you for free. A brand-new domain can't be moved for its first 60 days (a registry rule, not ours). Until then we keep it renewed, point it wherever you want, and transfer it free once the lock lifts.
Your photos, texts and site files
Your photos and texts are always yours. Once your first 6 months are paid (or your first year, on the yearly plan), you also get a free copy of your website files to take anywhere.
If you leave during the free first 14 days, you don't get the site files.
When the plan ends
The site comes down. Within 2 days we cancel your plan, take the site down, send back your photos and texts, and remove you from our gallery. If your first 6 months (or your first year) are paid, we also send you a free copy of your website files.
Hosting, the AI guest chat and the calendar sync stop when you leave. Your domain stays yours.
If a payment is missed
- First, a friendly reminder.
- 14 days overdue: the site is paused.
- 60 days overdue: the site is removed.
While it's paused, guests see a simple "temporarily unavailable" page with your phone and email, so they can still reach you. Once you've paid, we switch it back on. Your domain is never touched.
